01Demo Day Is Not the Finish Line
It's easy to think of a cohort's last day as the end of the story. In practice, it's the middle. What happens between finishing your track and landing your first real role is a specific, structured process, not a mystery you're left to figure out alone.
02Capstone Review and Certification
Every track ends with a capstone project, reviewed by TEKHUB instructors before certification is issued. A TEKHUB certificate is tied to a specific graduate, a specific track, and a specific cohort, meant to be a credential an employer can actually check and trust, not a participation badge. That review is also the point where your portfolio work (see our companion graduate portfolio checklist) gets its first real critique from people who've seen hundreds of these projects.
03The Employer Network
Graduates who complete their capstone get direct access to TEKHUB's employer network, internship pipeline, and startup incubation programme. This is not a job guarantee, no legitimate training programme can honestly promise that, but it is a real, standing connection between TEKHUB graduates and the employers and founders who actively look to TEKHUB when they need talent.
04IRIDIUM: For Those Who Want to Go Further
For graduates who want more than a certificate and a network introduction, IRIDIUM is TEKHUB's 19-month structured mentorship framework: two review cycles a month, real code review, and a defined path from junior developer to senior engineer. It exists specifically because the gap between "completed a bootcamp" and "genuinely senior" is real, and closing it usually takes sustained mentorship, not another certificate.
05A Realistic Timeline
Being honest about pacing matters more than a polished story. Most graduates spend the weeks immediately after their capstone building out their portfolio properly (see the checklist linked above), while the employer-network introductions and any IRIDIUM placement happen in parallel. There is no universal number of weeks that applies to everyone: your track, how complete your portfolio is at graduation, and the roles you're targeting all move that timeline. What's consistent is the structure: capstone, certification, network access, and IRIDIUM for those who opt in. Nobody graduates from TEKHUB and is simply left to figure out the next step alone.
